
ACTIVITIES
In our restaurant you will taste the fine traditional “Piedmont cuisine” with typical dishes prepared every day with the products cultivated or rearing in farm.
You will find different menu in each season, and during the week (on reservation) you have the possibility to taste particularly specialities like “bagna caoda” with fresh vegetables, and traditional dishes such as “mixed fry” and “gran bollito”, with different sauces and garnish.
And for those who love cheese: typical products that come from the valley and the mountains are served with organic honey coming from an expert beekeeper, in different flavours, from delicate ones like acacia to more savoury ones like chestnut.
Excellent are also our strawberry, plums and blueberry jams; unforgettable is the Raschera cheese or goat’s milk cheese that is producted in the mountain grazing during the summer. The cold winter evenings spent near the fireside are the best moments for tasting it.
At the arousing of spring you can find per a limited period herbs like spinach, fennel, taraxacum, luvertin(hop) that will give really pleasure to your palate in fine salads and savoury frittatas.
